The story starts 30 years ago, Jayne as a nurse and Paul as a carpenter, we have spent years together renovating and improving properties we have lived in ourselves. Spotting opportunities and transforming spaces, unlocking potential in land and building houses to make modern well designed homes. Having created these homes and using our experience, the time naturally felt right to form JVG Limited. Bringing together all our past experience and knowledge, finding land opportunities, securing planning permission and building well thought out homes through a practical approach.

This residential development showcases a family home built onto the side of semi-detached to create a terrace in a prime residential location.

This new build is a large two bed residential property. Previously a garage was insitu on the site. Potential in land was maximised, without sacrificing space.
